The Garden Series - Lupine in the Summer Breeze #1

This was painted from the garden at my home on the North Shore of Lake Superior. Lupines are a biennial, so some years they are stunning and some years not so prolific. This past summer they were exceptional, so I had a wonderful time "capturing" their beautiful essence!
